EDIFIER announce the MS50A Classic Wi-Fi Speaker Now Shipping in the UK

Audio specialists Edifier announces that the new MS50A Classic Wi-Fi speaker will be available in the UK. This is the brand’s inaugural step into the smart speaker market that brings together premium build quality with their signature high-definition audio.

Fitted with 40W (RMS) power, 25W for mid-range bass and 15W for treble, the speaker produces full-bodied audio and comes equipped with the latest AP6265 chip, AMP, and DSP technology to build a powerful tweeter and woofer with no distortion.

Easy and simple, the process of connecting the speaker to your home Wi-Fi and pressing play is seamless. Using the Edifier Home app, users can simply tap to connect their device to their home broadband via Bluetooth 5.0; you can be assured that there’ll be no abrupt audio cut-outs whilst in use, allowing you to relax on the settee and enjoy an uninterrupted audio experience.

The speaker can be controlled via an intuitive interface on the top of the device and in the box there’s a touch-type remote, which allows you to control the volume via a circular sliding hand movement and power the device on/off. A particularly neat feature of the MS50A allows users to pair two or more of them together to create their own stereo sound system and/or multi-room, multi-purpose set up. If you’re conscious about Wi-Fi speakers listening in on you, you can rest assured that although the MS50A works with Alexa, the speaker is completely microphone-free, ensuring your privacy is absolutely protected.
